Overview
Chaba 8 is a lovely two bedroom and two bathroom villa that was completed in early 2017. It was built to a high standard of construction and furnishing that one would expect from a 4 star accommodation. It can comfortably fit 4 people, but can add an extra bed free of charge for one more person.

Located in the Krabi Exclusive community, which is comprised of 8 similar villas, it is serviced by 24 hour security and regular gardener, pool and housekeeping services. Two central features of this development is the beach access and a spectacular 20x6m pool with a kids-friendly section.

This place is perfect for families who want to get away from touristy areas of Thailand and enjoy time with your family. If you get bored of soaking up the sun and playing at the beach or in the pool, then kick back in the living room and watch your favourite show on Netflix on a 42" smart 4K TV or surf the internet on our high speed wireless network.

Living Room:
Large open concept living space with a 42" Samsung 4K Smart TV and large corner sofa.

Dining Room:
Bright and breezy dining area with a table with 4 dining chairs.

Kitchen:
A conventional oven, IH stove top, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full sized fridge, and all the cooking/cultlery/dishes you need.

Master Bedroom:
Comfortable queen sized bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom has a large shower with raindrop shower head.
Guest Bedroom:
Two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. 2nd bathroom has a standing shower also with a raindrop shower head.

Patio:
Large covered patio with table and chairs for 6 people. Ample exterior electrical outlets.
Pool:
It is literally right in front of the villa and it is lit up at night for night swimmers.
The beach is only 50 meters down the path from our villa.
